The Second Quarter 2019 Social Weather Survey, conducted from June 22-26, 2019, found 80% of adult Filipinos satisfied, 9% undecided, and 12% dissatisfied with the performance of Rodrigo R. Duterte as President.

Compared to March 2019, gross satisfaction with Pres. Duterte rose by 1 point from 79%, gross undecided rose by 1 point from 8%, and gross dissatisfaction fell by 1 point from 13%

This gives a net satisfaction rating of +68 (% satisfied minus % dissatisfied), classified by SWS as very good. This is a new personal record-high that surpassed the previous record of very good +66 in March 2019 and June 2017.
